La Dolce Sera is a celebration of life’s simple pleasures, blending the charm of Italian culture with the natural elegance of Sorella.

The evening focuses on the sensory delights of fresh, farm-to-table cuisine, Niagara’s finest wines, and a cozy yet sophisticated setting.

Guests will be set to arrive at dusk to a glass of Prosecco, soft instrumental sounds playing in the background, setting a relaxed and welcoming tone. The evening begins on the terrace surrounded by softly glowing lanterns, fairy lights, and natural floral arrangements that reflect the seasons, then head inside to the 100 year old ranch house great room.

La Dolce Sera features a leisurely multi-course meal crafted with local, seasonal ingredients and inspired by Italian flavors. Each course is paired with wines from nearby vineyards, allowing guests to savor the richness of Niagara’s wine offerings. To conclude the evening, guests are invited to gather by the fire pit and under the starlit sky for after-dinner drinks, perhaps an Italian liqueur or a local dessert wine.
